The low-cost airline Volotea announces its first flight connections from Salerno Airport. It is the first carrier to announce flights from the new Campania airport.
For now, Volotea will operate flights from Salerno to Cagliari, Nantes, Catania and Verona. The destinations mentioned should each be served twice a week. The opening of the new airport is announced for July 11, 2024.
